You will find yourself just 200 meters away from the magnificent Eiffel Tower when you stay at this cozy apartment on the second floor of a small building. Please note that there is no elevator available.

This apartment offers a comfortable living space with one double room, tastefully decorated with Venetian stucco walls and an ethnic flair. The room itself is simple and discreet, featuring an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The windows overlook an inner courtyard and are in need of renovation. Additionally, a cot is provided for families with a small child. The owner even offers a babysitting service, allowing you to fully enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Paris!

Furthermore, you will have access to free internet and can make calls to landlines anywhere in the world. Coffee, teas, and herbal teas are also provided free of charge in the room. Small dogs are welcome to stay as well.

Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by an Italian-American lady and her three children (born in 1997, 2002, and 2004). Breakfast will be served at the family table, either with or without the family depending on the schedule. The household is fluent in both French and Italian, while the owner is also proficient in English and can communicate in German.

This address is perfect for exploring Paris and getting around using buses or the owner's recommended method - biking.
