Rectory Barn is located in the charming historical conservation hamlet of Howe. The conversion of the barn incorporates reclaimed bricks and wood, giving the property a rustic yet elegant feel. The abundance of exposed beams adds to the relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

This delightful accommodation offers two spacious and comfortable ground floor rooms. One of these rooms features an ensuite shower room and can be arranged as either a double or twin bedded room. The other room boasts its own private bathroom complete with a luxurious jacuzzi bath. Both rooms are equipped with a hospitality tray, TV, hairdryer, clock-radio, and Wi-Fi internet access.

Parking is available in one of our courtyards for the convenience of our guests. In the morning, guests can enjoy a delicious cooked breakfast that showcases sausages and bacon sourced from the local pork farm butcher. Additionally, we offer locally produced eggs and homemade bread, providing a true taste of the region.

Rectory Barn serves as an ideal base for exploring the picturesque Norfolk Broads, the stunning Suffolk Heritage Coastline, and the vibrant city of Norwich. It also offers convenient access to the University of East Anglia, the Norfolk Showground, and Norwich Airport.
