Moving up to the first floor, a spacious living room greets you, seamlessly connected to a well-appointed kitchen featuring modern amenities such as a dishwasher and microwave. The first floor also comprises a bedroom with two single beds that can be combined into a larger bed measuring 90 * 200 cm, as well as a smaller room with two single beds measuring 90 * 190 cm. A stylish bathroom with an Italian shower, basin, and toilet completes the first floor. Step outside onto the ground floor terrace, where you can relax on the comfortable garden furniture and enjoy a delightful barbecue. If you are coming from Caen, take the Falaise Road and exit towards Grainville Langannerie-Ussy. Drive straight for about 3 km, then turn right towards Ussy. Keep going up until you reach a junction, then take the first right. Drive for another 600 m and you will find the cottage on your right.
If you are coming from Falaise, head towards the roundabout near the Leclerc supermarket and follow the signs for Ussy. Pass by Villers Canivet and continue straight until you reach Ussy. Once in Ussy, continue straight until you reach the school. Take a right turn after passing the school, and you will find the cottage at the end of the street.
