"Le Matelot & La Normande" is a charming apartment named after its beautiful heirloom Norman cupboard, which has been passed down for generations. The apartment features a sailor chic decor with vintage buttons, creating a unique and stylish atmosphere.

With a size of approximately 33 m2, the apartment can accommodate 2 to 3 people comfortably. Upon entering, you will find a bright living room of 17 m2, equipped with a kitchen and a wardrobe dresser inspired by Norman design. The living room also includes a table, three chairs, and a bed (70 * 190) that can be used by a child or an adult during the day.

The apartment features a 9 m2 bedroom with a double bed (140 * 190) and a 7 m2 bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with an old desk holding a basin, a large mirror, a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer, and a wardrobe.

The decoration of the apartment combines traditional elements, such as bourgeois moldings and family furniture in dark wood, with chic marine accessories and vintage items from the 1950s and 1960s. The walls are painted in soft shades of blue, gray, white, and linen. The living room has beautiful parquet floors, while the bedroom has seagrass flooring, and the bathroom features a painted floor.

Marine objects and books are tastefully placed throughout the apartment, adding a touch of character. The apartment is filled with natural light, with the living room and bedroom facing south and offering views of a small square with a nearby grocery store. Some residents park their vehicles in this area. The shower room overlooks the Halley alley, boasting cathedral glass windows.

In addition to "Le Matelot & La Normande," there is also "The Loft Seaman," a unique studio with sloping ceilings and exposed beams. This studio, measuring approximately 32m2, is designed for two people. The kitchen area is fully equipped with black mosaic tiles, and a former industrial cloakroom serves as a dresser.

The studio also features a dining area with a table and two high chairs, a sleeping area with a king-size bed (160 * 200), and a canopy-enclosed shower room with a large tiled shower. The shower room is furnished with an old wooden bench holding a basin, a toilet, and a hairdryer.

The decor of "The Loft Seaman" consists of shades of white, pale gray, taupe, black, and wood. The exposed beams and metal canopy add a unique and industrial touch to the space. Antique flea market furniture and marine objects are tastefully placed throughout the studio, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The studio has two large Velux windows on the night side and kitchen, and they are fitted with blinds and sunshades. These windows provide a view of the sky, the roofs, and the Virgin fires. There is also a small skylight in the bathroom, and a dog sitting area overlooks the rooftops.
