This charming south-facing house offers two spacious rooms with a total area of 49 m2. The house includes one bedroom, one bathroom, one toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a mezzanine, private parking, a refreshing private pool, a tennis court, a lovely garden, and a bowling green.

We provide bed linen and towels for your convenience. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning is not included, but can be arranged for an additional charge of 30 Euros.

The house is equipped with modern amenities such as a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine, iron, fan, fireplace, TV, and internet. Enjoy the outdoors with our garden furniture and comfortable deckchairs.

Located in proximity to the heart of Montpellier city, you can explore the charming countryside and vineyards nearby. Discover the beauty of the AOCSont Arcs, Les Demoiselles caves, gorges of Herault, Mont Aigoual and its weather station (which offers breathtaking views from the Alps to the Pyrenees). The sea is also easily accessible, just a short 35-minute drive away.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, including golf, tennis, horseback riding, hiking, and mountain biking. With stunning sea and mountain views, as well as a picturesque countryside, this house offers a peaceful and luxurious getaway. Pets are welcome, and please note that smoking is not permitted.
