This unique holiday house is located in the rural Limousin region of central France, known as the Land of a Thousand Lakes. It can accommodate up to 14 people, making it perfect for large groups.The house has been completely renovated and furnished to a high standard, offering guests a truly special experience. The interior has a contemporary and uncluttered feel, with tasteful furnishings and original features. Wood flooring can be found throughout, adding to the charm of the house.
There are six lovely bedrooms to choose from, five of which have private shower/bathrooms. One of the ground-floor bedrooms/bathrooms is also wheelchair accessible. The house also features a private garden and dining terrace with beautiful views of the open countryside and meadows.
The house is conveniently located in the picturesque village of St Germain les Belles, just 30 minutes south of Limoges. The village offers great local shops, restaurants, historic buildings, and a family-friendly swimming lake with a bar and restaurant. Limousin is known as the "French Lake District" and offers unspoiled natural landscapes, perfect for leisurely walks and experiencing rural French culture.
Previous guests have had a memorable holiday at this superb cottage. They loved the village atmosphere with its bar and bakeries, while also enjoying the feeling of being in the middle of the countryside. The cottage is extremely well-equipped, clean, and spacious, making it the best accommodation they have had for a family holiday. They highly recommend it and plan to return in the future.

Our location is in the village of St-Germain Les Belles (Haute-Vienne), which is situated 425 km south of Paris and can be reached within a 4-hour drive. Additionally, we are only 35 km south of Limoges, the capital of Limousin, and it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach us from there. The village is conveniently accessible, as it is located just 10 minutes away from exit 42 on the A20 motorway, which is the main highway connecting Paris to the southern regions of France.
