This beautifully restored stone farmhouse is nestled in 4 acres of stunning gardens, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. With a delightful swimming pool, it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Located just 6 Kms from Caylus, Pérard provides a peaceful rural setting with two bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom. The double room boasts a luxurious bathtub, while the triple room offers a convenient shower cubicle. The beds are incredibly comfortable, adorned with 100% linen sheets, and bath towels are provided. You'll also find complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms. A full continental breakfast is included in your stay, and guests have access to the swimming pool. Swimming pool towels are available upon request. Please note that dogs are not accepted. Dinner is available by reservation only, with a minimum of 24 hours notice required.Description for Gite
Welcome to our charming rustic gîtes! These open-plan accommodations offer a cozy and authentic atmosphere. Each gîte is equipped with all the necessary amenities for your convenience, including a gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, TV, radio, DVD player, and iron. Linen and towels are provided, excluding pool towels.The minimum stay requirement is 3 nights, allowing you plenty of time to unwind and enjoy your surroundings. We are also delighted to welcome your furry friends, as dogs are more than welcome to join you during your stay.
Please note that a local tax of 0.50 € per adult per night will be applicable. Additionally, there is a cleaning charge of 50 Euros per stay. However, for bookings with fewer than 3 people, we are happy to offer a generous 20% discount.

superbe maison authentique et élégante
magnifique petit coin tranquille , intérieur maison et chambres rafinés avec un accueil très cordial de la propriétaire et petit déjeuner très complet, bref un petit coin de paradis
Directions
When arriving from Caussade, take a left at the roundabout located two kilometers before reaching Caylus. This will lead you towards Puylaroque, Mouillac, and Lassalle on the D20 road. Continue on the D20 for approximately one kilometer before taking a left towards St Symphorien and Lassalle. Follow this road for about four kilometers. As you ascend towards the village of Lassalle, you will notice a small sign indicating PERARD on your left side.
