Hotes absents ! Impossible d'etre reçu et logé !
Réservation faite en mai pour début septembre pour un cadeau pour mes parents. Quand ils sont arrivés sur place, personne pour les accueillir ! Après qu'ils aient appelé le gérant, il leur dit qu'il est absent pour raisons personnelles et aucun service n'est assuré. Mes parents ont du se débrouiller pour trouver un hôtel de secours.
Le gérant n'a même pas pris la peine de prévenir à l'avance qu'il était indisponible, bien qu'il ait été payé en totalité pour un service qu'il devait donner. INADMISSIBLE un tel manque de respect. NE RÉSERVER PAS GÉRANT NON FIABLE.

If you are coming from Riez, follow the signs for Valensole on the D6 road. Do not follow the signs for Allemagne-en-Provence. After driving for 3 kilometers, you will see a small road on your left that goes downhill. Look for a sign that says 'Domaine de Bertrandy, Château de Pontfrac'. Drive for approximately 900 meters and the road will turn into a dirt track. The Domaine will be on your left.
If you are coming from Gréoux-les-Bains, continue past Saint-Martin-de-Brosmes and head towards Allemagne-en-Provence. When you reach the center of the village, turn left in front of the Château and continue along the small road for 5 kilometers. The road will eventually become a dirt track. The Domaine will be on your right.
