Situated in the historic old town along the renowned "Promenade des Anglais", facing the majestic sea, the Lou Souleou boasts an exceptional location that perfectly balances proximity to the beach and the charm of the old town.Start your day off in the cozy lounge or on the balcony, where you can savor a delectable breakfast while admiring the breathtaking sea view and witnessing enchanting sunsets every evening.
Our bed and breakfast offers a variety of accommodations, including a simple room, two double rooms named "Swazi" and "Zen" with private terraces, a 4-bed dormitory called "Inti", and a spacious family room named "Azur" designed for 4 individuals.
A continental breakfast is included in the price for all our rooms.
Lastly, don't forget to extend a warm welcome to our beloved feline friends, Machu and Picchu, who will be eagerly awaiting your arrival.

Directions
To reach our location from the airport, you can catch bus number 98 and get off at the "Albert 1er" stop. From there, head towards the beach and take a left, walking along the promenade des Anglais towards the hill. Take another left after passing the "Roller station" shop and the "Pailin" restaurant, and then turn right onto "rue des ponchettes" street. Our address is number 26.
The bus fare is 4â?¬ per person. Alternatively, if you prefer to take a taxi, it will cost approximately 30/35â?¬.
If you are coming from the train station, turn left and board the tramway towards "Pont Michel", getting off at the "Opéra-Vieille Ville" stop. Once you exit the tramway station, you will find yourself on "rue de la préfecture" street. Walk for around 500 meters in that direction. Then, take a right in front of the step onto "rue Jules Gilly" street and turn left after 200 meters onto "rue des ponchettes" street. Our address is number 26 on "rue des ponchettes".
