Directions
From Paris, travel approximately 400km (250 miles) and take the A13 towards Rouen-Caen. Take Exit 31 towards Alencon, Peripherique-Sud, Z.I. Caen, Rennes. Follow the signs for "Mont Saint-Michel" and "Saint-Malo" (A 84 - E 401) just before reaching Saint Malo. Then, follow the direction towards "Dinard - Barrage de la Rance". After passing the "Barrage de la Rance" on road D168, continue following the signs for "Cap Frehel". Once you reach the village of Frehel, turn right towards Sables dOr on road D786. Upon reaching the sea, make a left turn. Follow the coastline for 3 km until you find le Manoir on your left. Look for the Manoir's lake and the 12 flag.
