This charming countryside farmhouse gite offers accommodation for up to 6 persons, with 3 bedrooms located upstairs. The cozy house features 1 bathroom and spans an area of 90m2. Nestled amidst 18 hectares (5 acres) of oak trees, the property boasts stunning mountain views and picturesque countryside scenery. Guests can enjoy the serene surroundings while taking advantage of various amenities such as streams, rolling meadows, terraces, a private pool, bread oven, and table tennis. The wide field invites guests to engage in outdoor activities, relax, and unwind in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Gitte and Jochen, who are fluent in three languages, are always available to provide information about the area, organize outings, and take care of the children. The village offers convenient access to all necessary shops, while the region offers a plethora of sports and cultural activities. The studio, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, kitchen, and bedroom, is also available for rent. The ground floor can be leased separately for 270 to 350 euros per week. Gîte très sympa. Sommes venus deux semaines à 10, plusieurs générations confondues. Bel accueil, présence discrète, grande liberté. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine avec ces grandes chaleurs. Gîte très bien équipé. Tout y est même l'éplucheur à pommes ou le mixer! Le Bonheur! Merci

1. Begin on the TOULOUSE highway A 64 heading towards Pau Tarbes.
2. Take exit number 27, which is labelled Carbonne.
3. Proceed onto road D627, following the signs for Montesquieu-Volvestre.
4. Upon reaching Montesquieu-Volvestre, go around the roundabout and head towards the city center.
5. Continue straight through the village, passing by the church and market square.
6. Exit the village on D40bis road, heading towards Latour.
7. After approximately 5 kilometers, the road will begin to climb, and you will encounter an S-curve.
8. Look out for an old garage on the right side of the road.
9. In front of the garage, there will be a yellow sign displaying "Camping à la ferme La Communion."
10. Follow this path until you reach the end, where you will find the house.
