This renovated Coquet T1 apartment is centrally located in the Minimes district of Toulouse, previously known as the district of gardeners. The apartment features a terrace that you can enjoy, complete with a BBQ. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a microwave. The living area includes a single bed and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. Stay connected with the provided WIFI. For your convenience, basic breakfast ingredients such as coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, butter, and jam are available. Bed linen and towels are also provided.In terms of transportation, the apartment is conveniently situated near the Claude Nougaro metro station (400m) and a bus stop (30m). If you are arriving at Blagnac airport, there is a shuttle service that can take you to the city center, either to Matabiau station (1km from the apartment) or Metro Compans Cafarelli. The apartment is only 2 metro stations away from Compans Cafarelli.

Charming and cozy T1 apartment located in the heart of Minimes, a charming neighborhood in Toulouse. Situated on a quiet street with detached houses, this apartment offers a peaceful stay. It is conveniently close to the city center, with the Juniors district offering a variety of shops. The subway station, "Minime Claude Nougaro," is only 350m away, providing easy access to the heart of Toulouse, Jean-Jaures, in just 8 minutes.The apartment has been completely renovated and features an open-plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils. There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable 160x200 bed and a single sofa bed in the living area. Other amenities include a flat-screen TV, WiFi, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. We will also reserve a parking space for you in front of the house.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.
We provide guides to visit Toulouse and a selection of restaurants offering various cuisines, including gastronomic, regional, vegetarian, and seafood options.
Public transportation options are easily accessible, with the B subway line at Juniors Claude Nougaro station just 350m away. There is also a bus stop just 30m away. The Capitol, the main square in Toulouse, is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. Additionally, "Velib" bike rental stations are located nearby. If you arrive at Blagnac Airport, there is a shuttle service that will take you to the city center, specifically to Matabiau Station (1km from the apartment) or Subway Compans Cafarelli, which is only two subway stations away from the apartment.

Central yet tranquil
We wanted to explore the Canal du Midi, the Canal Lateral and the city of Toulouse, and this house is perfect for that. So central to everything, yet in the garden it's like being in the country. We spent six wonderful days with Joelle and Hubert.

Petit appartement très calme qui offre tout le confort qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour à Toulouse. Parfait comme lieu étape pour faire un tour de vélo au Canal du Midi.

Séjour sur Toulouse de 2 jours, appartement très agréable avec toutes les commodités, dans une belle propriété ou nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pour des petits apéros...après de belles visites de la ville "rose". Propriétaires très charmants et de bons conseils.

Accueil très chaleureux.En outre on sent la recherche du détail pour le bien-être des hôtes. Rien ne manque.Quartier calme et bien situé tout proche du métro.Nous reviendrons et recommandons ce "nid douiilet"très agréable.

Magnifique ! un petit appartement ou rien ne manque et la propreté est au rendez-vous. On se sent immédiatement comme chez soi et la possibilité de pouvoir profiter de la terrasse et du joli jardin, ne fait que confirmer ce sentiment. Nous sommes accueilli avec bienveillance et chaleur, les propriétaires sont disponibles pour vous rendre un agréable séjour. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.
