We offer three bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom featuring a shower (120 * 80) and basin, as well as a separate toilet.
"The Mansard" room is located on the elevated ground floor and comes with a terrace. It features a comfortable 160cm bed and a private lounge area with a television.
"The Garden" room is situated on the ground floor with direct access to a terrace. It offers a spacious 180cm modular bed.
Upstairs, the "Attic" family room provides an adjustable 180cm bed and a cozy lounge area. Additionally, there is a sofa bed available for extra sleeping arrangements.

Étape très agréable, très bon accueil de Nadine et son mari. Grande Chambre joliment décorée, belle salle d eau moderne. Petit déjeuner royal tout fait maison, bravo. Je recommande cette adresse, un excellent souvenir.

Directions

To reach your destination, follow these travel directions:

1. Start by driving on the A6 and take Exit 22 towards Avallon.
2. Once you reach Avallon, head towards Lyon by taking the Lyon direction at the roundabout.
3. Continue on the D606 road, still following the Lyon/Dijon direction, until you reach a stop.
4. At the stop on the D606, turn right towards Etrée.
5. After driving for approximately 500 meters, make a right turn onto Etrée.
6. Our location is situated on the right side of the village, at the exit.

Please note: While driving from Avallon, make sure to stay on the D606 road until you reach Etrée and avoid taking the route towards Magny.
