The gite is heated with both electric heating and fuel. Guests have access to a spacious garden spanning 5000 m2, which is not enclosed. Additionally, there is a garage for parking convenience.

The gite is conveniently located near various amenities and activities. The nearest swimming spot is just 2 km away, while the railway station and swimming pool are both 7 km away. Shops can be found within 300 m, and tennis, hang gliding parasailing, and canoeing are all available within a 7 km radius. Golf enthusiasts will find a course just 5 km away, and fishing opportunities can be found within 1 km. The area also offers multiple hiking trails, which can be easily accessed by car.

The address is 12520 18 Street Viaduct AGUESSAC, located 7 km from Millau Séverac to the castle and 14 km from the gorges of the Tarn. The region is known for its natural beauty, with the presence of "Causses in the Aveyron." The garden is situated alongside the tributary of the Tarn called "Lumensonnesque," which eventually joins the Tarn 500 m away. The altitude of the location is 394 m.

To reach the destination from Millau, follow the N9 national road towards Aguessac. Once in Aguessac, take the D907 road towards the Gorges du Tarn. Just before leaving Aguessac, take a left turn before the bridge. Continue on the street viaduct for approximately 400m, and the house will be on the right side, immediately after the overpass.

If coming from Severac Le Chateau on the N9 national road, upon arriving in Aguessac, turn left before the overpass. The house will be on the left side, before the overpass.
