Linas is a picturesque village in France, located 25 km south of Paris. It is conveniently situated on the route to popular destinations in both the west (Brittany, the Loire Castles, Bordeaux) and the south of France (Lyon, the Riviera).Our accommodation is a beautifully renovated rural house with a spacious garden. The tranquil ambiance of our guest rooms is created by a tasteful blend of elegant materials, calming colors, and a harmonious mix of old and new elements. Staying here will make you feel cool and relaxed.
We offer three exquisite and stylishly decorated rooms: "l'Amarante" can accommodate up to four people and is fully accessible for disabled individuals, "l'Alcôve" features a comfortable double bed, and "la Dorée" offers a cozy single bed.
L'Amarante boasts its own private terrace, where weather permitting, breakfast can be served. Additionally, it has a dedicated parking area within the garden.
Each guest room has a separate entrance from the main house, ensuring privacy. They are equipped with an "Italian" shower (located directly on the floor), toilets, a TV, a DVD player, and complimentary high-speed internet access.
All three rooms share a charming dining room, which includes self-cooking facilities such as a kettle, microwave, griddle, fridge, and kitchenware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.
As is customary in a bed and breakfast, we serve a traditional French breakfast in the guests' dining room, with freshly baked baguettes, croissants, and our homemade jams. However, guests also have the option to prepare their own meals in the shared kitchen area.

"If you prefer not to drive to Paris, there is a nearby coach station within walking distance. Coaches depart regularly from there to Porte d’Orléans, which takes approximately 45 minutes. From Porte d’Orléans, you can easily transfer to the metro. Take line 4, which will directly lead you to Saint Michel-Notre Dame and Châtelet."
