Each gîte offers a spacious 150m² area, featuring a large living room and fully equipped kitchen, along with four comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets. The gîtes are adorned with charming stone walls and wooden beams, complemented by meticulous decoration and antique furniture which enhance the building's unique character. Additionally, guests can enjoy the common area facilities such as a sauna, ping-pong table, and exercise equipment. Outside, there is a swing and an area dedicated to playing bowls, as well as a convenient car park. For larger groups, both gîtes can be rented together, accommodating up to 18 people in a total area of 300m². Welcome to Gîtes La Granja, situated in the beautiful Aquitaine region of southwestern France, near Dordogne. Our charming and cozy accommodations are surrounded by serene and rolling countryside, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.Nestled amidst lush fields and fruitful orchards, our two spacious and luxurious "first-class gîtes" are located in a traditional 19th-century country manor barn. Each gîte boasts its own private 10x4 pool, allowing you to relax and unwind in privacy.
Our gîtes can comfortably accommodate groups of 2 to 9 people, making them ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking a tranquil getaway. Prices range from 300 to 1695 euros depending on the season and the number of guests, accommodating 2 to 10 people. For larger groups of up to 20 people, we offer rates from 600 to 3200 euros (sheets and towels provided).

Superbe!
Un gite vraiment agréable, idéal en famille ou amis avec tout les petits conforts apréciables : piscine privée, salle de jeux, terrain de pétanque, trampoline...des visites à faire dans la région si l'envie vous vient de quitter ce petit paradis quelques heures...bravo aux propriétaires qui sont aux petits soins et adorables. Les gites sont aussi parfaitement équipés. Bref rien à redire et bonne continuation!!!

There are two international airports nearby: Toulouse and Bordeaux, both located 130km away. Paris is a bit further, approximately 600km from here. If you prefer to travel by train, there is a high-speed train (TGV) that runs from Paris to Agen, taking around 4 hours.
