Opening its doors in July 2018, this cozy abode offers two bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a kitchen and bar area, and a private bathroom and toilet for the exclusive use of our guests.

Nestled amidst tranquility and natural beauty, our house is situated 30 meters away from the owner's residence, ensuring a peaceful and serene atmosphere away from any sources of noise or pollution. It is truly the perfect haven for relaxation and immersing oneself in the surrounding nature. Guests can enjoy leisurely walks, bike rides, or even horseback riding in the nearby area. Additionally, there are various nearby attractions to explore, such as the prehistoric caves of Saulges, the magnificent basilica of Evron, the fascinating Roman site of Jublains, and the medieval village of Sainte Suzanne. The vicinity is also home to several renowned stud farms.

For those traveling by train, we are delighted to offer a complimentary pick-up service from Evron SNCF train station. Furthermore, the price of your stay includes household textiles and a delicious French breakfast complete with refreshing fresh fruit juice.

Immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings and take full advantage of the opportunity to explore the neighboring nature trails on foot, bicycle, or even horseback. Additionally, you have the option to visit the nearby charming villages, such as the prehistoric caves of Saulges, the Basilique of Evron, the Roman site of Jublains, and the medieval village of Sainte Suzanne. The region is also home to several prestigious stud farms.

For those traveling by train, we gladly offer complimentary transportation from the Evron SNCF train station, ensuring a hassle-free arrival. Furthermore, the price of your stay includes household textiles, providing you with added convenience and comfort.
