Friendly and tranquil accommodation
I have stayed at La Velisiere several times over the past few years. The owners are friendly and helpful, the house is traditionally beautiful and the accommodation very comfortable 'shabby-chic' in natural, pretty gardens. Highly recommended.
Directions
To reach No. 40 from Châteauneuf, follow the 952 road and continue past St Martin d'Abbat and the two ponds. When you reach the junction of St Aignan of Fords, which is located in front of a restaurant, take a left turn onto the 88 road towards Lorris. No. 40 will be located 400 meters on your right.
If you are coming from Lorris on the 88 road, you will pass through the village of Bouzy. Keep going until you reach Châteauneuf. After the forest and the Meridian Green, you will find No. 40 located 400 meters on your left, just before the intersection and the restaurant. To navigate using GPS, use the coordinates E 2.32784° and 47 M.° 84605'.
If you are coming from Lorris on the 88 road, you will pass through the village of Bouzy. Keep going until you reach Châteauneuf.
