Description for B&B:

Situated in the 9th arrondissement of Marseille, in the southern area, this bed & breakfast is nestled within a family-owned property. The establishment has undergone a sustainable transformation, with an environmentally conscious design and a commitment to eco-friendly practices. From cultivating ingredients for the on-site restaurant to utilizing solar panels for water and electricity consumption, every aspect of the property has been carefully considered. Paying homage to the iconic Ginkgo Biloba tree, the bed & breakfast is aptly named Ginkgo.

Ginkgo features three double rooms, each with its own unique vegetable-themed ambiance. While check-in is available at any time, the rooms are only accessible after 3pm from Monday to Wednesday, and after 5pm from Thursday to Sunday. For guests departing on the same day, check-out is at 11am, while those with a vacant room can check-out at 3pm. For any additional inquiries, please consult the host.

Guests are welcome to explore the spacious outdoor area and visit the vegetable garden. Additionally, a parking lot is provided for the convenience of visitors.

The on-site restaurant operates from Thursday to Sunday, serving lunch from 12pm to 3pm. Evening meals and upscale picnic baskets can be arranged upon request, subject to availability. For further details, kindly inquire with the host.

Benefiting from a prime location, Ginkgo is just a short distance away from the renowned National Parc "Les Calanques" (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by public transportation, or a 25-minute walk) and the sea (10 minutes by car, 30 minutes by public transportation). To fully experience the wonders of Marseille, Ginkgo offers day trips on a sailing boat, guided by a local skipper. For pricing and availability, please consult the host.
