The apartment is independent and measures 42m2, consisting of two rooms.The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, dresser/cupboard, clothes rack/shelves, and a television. Sheets and towels are provided, and Wi-Fi is included.
There are common areas shared between the two bedrooms. The beautiful living room includes a sofa, coffee table, armchair, TV stand, TV, and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with cabinets, a dining table for four people, a large fridge, and a washing machine.
The shower room features a washbasin cabinet, mirror, shower, programmable towel radiator, window, and toilet (with a window).
Guests have access to a 300m2 enclosed and landscaped garden, which includes a dining/relaxation area, deckchairs, and a ping pong table. Parking is available in front of the house.
The residence is conveniently located near transportation options. The Corbeil station is a 10-minute bus ride away, and the Lieusaint station is 15 minutes away.
