Situated in a picturesque and wooded area, just twenty km south of Rennes and a short fifteen-minute drive from Saint Jacques de la Landes airport, our location offers a tranquil and serene setting. Within close proximity, less than 2 km away, you can explore the Vilaine River and its scenic tourist route, adorned with charming mills, perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides. Additionally, the renowned Lohéac racetrack and its magnificent museum are also nearby for your enjoyment.We proudly offer a spacious guest room with a separate entrance for your privacy and convenience. The room is designed in a duplex style, with a comfortable 160-sized bed on the ground floor, equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to the bed, you will find a separate bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. Upstairs, there is a large room of 40 m2, where you will discover two additional beds (one 140-sized and one 90-sized), creating a cozy sleeping area. Within this room, there is also a small lounge area and an array of amenities to enhance your stay, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary supplies for tea and herbal infusions. Furthermore, we have thoughtfully provided games and books for children, ensuring entertainment for the whole family. You will also have access to informative documentation about the local region.
As animal lovers, we warmly welcome your furry companions and are happy to accommodate them during your stay. Additionally, we offer the use of two mountain bikes, tailored for both men and women, should you wish to explore the surrounding area on two wheels.

Directions
The Boulay is situated 20 km south of Rennes. To reach it, you can take the Rennes-Redon axis via the D 177. Once on the axis, exit in the direction of Bourg des Comptes-Janzé and take the fourth road on your right at the center of horse riding. Continue straight for 2.5 km and you will arrive at your destination. Look out for signs at the last crossroads for guidance.
Alternatively, you can access The Boulay via the Rennes-Nantes axis N 137. Take the Crevin exit and then turn left onto the D 101. At the first roundabout, take the first right onto the D 48 towards Guichen and continue straight for approximately 8 km. Next, turn left towards the Guichen train station. Once at the train station, turn right towards Guignen on the D 48. After 700 m, take the first right and continue for another 800 m until you reach your destination. Look out for signs at the last crossroads for guidance.
