Thank you very much for your interest in our guest rooms at Villa La Barque 2.
The villa has four guest rooms, two of which have a 180 x 200 bed and two with two 90 x 200 beds that can be joined together to form a single bed (your choice). Each room is equipped with two bedside tables with lighting, a desk with a chair, a kettle with tea, herbal tea, coffee, and sugar, a dressing area, and a shower room with a sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a small terrace with two armchairs and a coffee table. All rooms face south with exceptional views of the sea and its islands. There is direct access to the 4x8 saltwater swimming pool and its terraces with sun loungers, as well as direct access to Lanse à la Barque beach. Various activities are available, including palets, table tennis, and board games (upon request).
The nightly rate for a room is 145. For stays of three nights or more, the rate is 135 per night. An additional bed can be added to the room for a supplement of 40 per night. Breakfast is available for 12 for a sweet breakfast and 15 for a savory breakfast (upon request). Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 9:30 am on the large terrace with a full sea view on the upper floor in the private area of your hosts.
A security deposit of 500 is required, along with holiday insurance.
A tourist tax of 2.25 per night per adult applies.
Payment terms are 30% upon reservation and 70% one month before your arrival.
Holiday vouchers or checks are not accepted.

GRANDE TERRE GUADELOUPE
Upon leaving the airport, head towards POINT A PITRE.
After approximately 4.5km, take the Nationale 4 towards LE GOSIER, SAINTE ANNE, SAINT FRANCOIS.
After about 35km on the national 4 (passing through Le Gosier, Dampierre, Petit Havre, Sainte Anne),
Note: About 6km after Sainte-Anne, do not take the first direction "Séo-Anse à la Barque" indicated along with "Pierres et vacances" on the national road. Instead, continue for about 2km.
5km before reaching the village of Saint François, you will come across a place called "Blonval".
After passing "Blonval" and the bus stop, exit the national road and turn right towards the direction of "Anse à la Barque".
Follow the signs for Hotel Amaudo as well.
The first Hotel Amaudo sign will guide you. Continue for 1km, then after a turn, continue for another 100m and take the entrance on the right where a small road ascends.
Continue until the end of the road, and you will find the villa on your left, Villa La Barque.
