Our spacious accommodation measures 60m² and is situated on the second floor of our house. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The lodging includes a cozy living room equipped with a TV and DVD player, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There are two bedrooms available; the first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140x190) and the second bedroom offers two single beds (90x190). All beds are made prior to your arrival for your convenience. The bathroom provides a refreshing shower and towels are provided. Additionally, the lodging offers a toilet, washing machine, and access to a beautiful garden with a swimming pool and sun loungers. Stay connected with our WiFi service, and if you require baby equipment or a crib, simply let us know in advance. We also offer babysitting services and additional housekeeping upon request. Directions
If you are coming from Strasbourg or Mulhouse on the A35, follow these travel directions: Take exit 25 towards Freiburg / Horbourg / Colmar South. Stay on the left lane and make a left turn onto rue de la Semm D13 towards Colmar Sud. Proceed to the traffic light and make a right turn onto avenue d'Alsace N422. Continue straight and at the second traffic light, make a right turn onto rue du Landwasser. Keep going straight and take the fifth street on your left. Follow this path until you reach the Niederau green house with a deer on the front.
