This charming country cottage is a cozy and independent accommodation option located in the heart of the picturesque town of Saint Saturnin Les Apt in the Vaucluse region of Provence. Adjacent to the owner's house, which is no longer occupied, this small cottage offers complete privacy for its guests.Ideal for two people, with the option of accommodating a baby, the cottage provides free Wi-Fi access and is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen features a 4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, and a complete kitchen set. In the bedroom, guests will find a comfortable 160 cm bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a small chest of drawers, an armchair, and a storage cupboard. The bed is made upon arrival, ensuring a hassle-free check-in experience.
For relaxation, there is a small room furnished with two Scandinavian armchairs, a coffee table, and a small storage unit with decorative items. A stand fan is also provided for added comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and basin, while a separate WC offers convenience.
Outside, guests can enjoy the outdoor terrace with garden furniture, which is sheltered under a charming arbor of greenery and offers a beautiful view of the vineyards. A barbecue is available for those who wish to indulge in outdoor cooking, and sun loungers are provided for ultimate relaxation. A carport is also available for guests who prefer to drive.
For families with a baby, a complimentary baby cot can be provided upon request. The cottage is conveniently located just 1.5 km from the village, where all necessary shops and amenities can be found.
Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the numerous hiking and biking trails that start directly from the cottage, allowing for easy exploration of the surrounding countryside. Additionally, there are plenty of nearby tourist sites to visit, ensuring a fulfilling and memorable stay.
The prices for 2022 are as follows:
- May: 296 euros per week
- June-September: 316 euros per week
- July-August: 376 euros per week
The tourist tax is already included in the price. Upon arrival, a deposit of 100 euros is required, which will be refunded on the day of departure if no damages are observed.
Optional services include towel rental at 5 euros per person and compulsory end-of-stay cleaning for 40 euros. Please note that pets are not allowed in the cottage. In case of a COVID-19-related cancellation, the deposit will be refunded based on the owner's specified conditions.

DIRECTIONS TO GITE LA TONNELLE:
To reach Gite La Tonnelle, follow these directions:
1. Take the exit n ° 24 (Châteaurenard, LIsle-sur-la-sorgue, Apt) from the A7 motorway.
2. Turn right towards (Airport, Avignon, Apt and Isle-sur-la-sorgue).
3. At the roundabout, turn left onto the D900 towards (Caumont, LIsle-sur-la-sorgue, Apt).
4. Stay on the D900 and at the next roundabout, take the direction (Dignes, Coustellet, Apt, Gordes).
5. Upon reaching Coustellet, there are two possible itineraries:
- Itinerary n ° 1: Route d'Apt
- At the crossroads in Coustellet, continue straight on the D900 towards Apt.
- Pass through Beaumettes and Lights.
- Upon reaching the entrance of Apt, turn left at the roundabout of the shopping center E-LECLERC.
- Follow the D943 "Avenue du Viaduc" towards Saint Saturnin les Apt, crossing the village.
- At the end of the village, turn left onto the D2 "Route de Roussillon" towards Cavaillon, Gordes, Roussillon.
- After 1.2 km, turn right in front of a house with large cedars and an oratory at the entrance.
- Pass to your left, the domain of the Andes, and make a right turn on a small path to reach the bastide.
- Itinerary n ° 2: Route de Gordes
- At the crossroads in Coustellet, turn left on the D2 towards the Imberts.
- Continue on the D2 in the direction of Gordes.
- At the roundabout, go straight ahead (do not enter the village of Gordes), following the directions for Joucas, La Tuilière, Saint Saturnin les Apt.
- Before reaching Joucas, continue straight on La Tuilière, Saint Saturnin les Apt.
- Cross the hamlet of La Tuilière and continue on the D2 for 4 km, passing the hamlet of the Bellots.
- After 100 meters, turn left onto the second small road to access Gite La Tonnelle.
