There are three studio rooms available. The first room measures 24m² and includes a bedroom with a kitchen area and a salon with a sofa. There is also a separate shower room and toilet. The second room is a 10m² mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Additionally, each studio comes with a private terrace and garden furniture.Description for Gite
We have two charming cottages available for your stay. Each cottage is 55 m² in size and features a bedroom with a comfortable 140 cm bed and two bunk beds suitable for children. The bedding is new and of excellent quality. The bathroom is equipped with a modern Italian shower, and there is a separate toilet for your convenience.In the living area, you will find a cozy lounge-dining space and a well-equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, an induction hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a Carte Noire coffee machine, and all the necessary dishes.
Additionally, we offer another spacious cottage measuring approximately 65 m². This cottage includes two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two single 90 cm beds. The bedding in both rooms is new and ensures a comfortable night's sleep. The toilet cubicle features a walk-in shower, and there is a separate toilet as well.
Similar to the first cottage, the living area in this cottage also offers a lounge-dining space and a fitted kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, a microwave oven, an induction hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a Carte Noire coffee machine, and all the necessary dishes.
During your stay, you will enjoy complimentary wifi and parking in our courtyard. Additionally, each cottage has its own private entrance and terrace, complete with garden furniture, allowing you to relax and enjoy the surroundings depending on the season.
Please note that access to the laundry room is only available for stays of one week or longer. To ensure fair energy consumption, we kindly request our guests to be mindful of their usage. While we have not increased our rates due to the rising cost of energy, excessive consumption may result in an additional charge. Regrettably, pets are not allowed on the premises.

De gite is voorzien van het modernste comfort, de eigenaars onderhouden hun gites en domein zeer goed, alles verkeert in onberispelijke staat. Het was een genoegen om hier te mogen zijn. Ideaal voor rustzoekers.

Agréable pause dans un écrin de verdure sur notre parcours de vacances. Nous avons découvert une magnifique propriété entretenue avec soin, des gîtes décorés avec goût pour une ambiance apaisante. Merci à Valérie et Marc pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur générosité.

Gîte très bien situé pour visiter la Vendée, propriétaires très accueillants, discrets. Cadre magnifique dans la campagne tout en étant proche des grandes surfaces et des restaurants. Gîte décoré avec amour, excellente literie, avec tout les ustensiles de cuisine (sauf le grille-pain) , très cosy et confortable. Séjour très apprécié. Merci à vous
Directions
Upon reaching NANTES, head towards Bordeaux via the A83 motorway. Take exit N° 7 towards LUCON. Proceed through St Jean de Beugne and Ste Gemme La Plaine. At the crossroads, continue following the signs for Fontenay le Comte. After 300m, turn right onto a smaller road. At the stop sign, make a left turn. Our destination is located 500m ahead, on the right side.
