Renowned for its architectural treasures, gastronomy, and relaxed way of life, this region offers a truly unforgettable experience.
With a capacity to accommodate up to 5 people, this gite has been awarded a 3-star prefectural approval. It features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as an office and a spacious living area (80 m2) with an open-plan kitchen and an additional bed. The gite also includes a bathroom, separate toilet, and a range of amenities such as a gas stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, color television, DVD player, and a hi-fi system. Child-friendly equipment is available upon request.
Situated in a garden spanning 1.7 hectares, surrounded by fields and woods, the gite is accessed via a private road approximately 900 meters long. Its secluded location ensures peace and tranquility, while still being conveniently located just 5 kilometers from the main road (N124) which provides easy access to the attractions of Gers and the vibrant city of Toulouse.
Guests can relax in the typical courtyard of the old Gers houses, enjoy the terrace, or take a refreshing dip in the secure swimming pool (12x6 m) protected by a safety barrier that meets NF P90-306 standards. The property also offers various amenities for children, including a swing and tricycle, as well as a table tennis table and two all-terrain bicycles for guests to use. Outdoor furniture, including teak loungers, a table, garden chairs, and rattan bench and armchairs, are also provided for guests' comfort.
