Welcome to our Bed and Breakfast! Our rates start at just £30 per night for one person on weekdays. For two people, the price is £46 and an additional person can stay for just £13. Please note that there is a tax of £0.75 per person per night.We are pleased to offer free WIFI to all our guests.
We have three different rooms available:
1. The "host" bedroom can accommodate 1 to 3 people. It is located on the ground floor and features a double bed, a single bed, and a cot. The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and WIFI. The bathroom and toilet facilities are shared with one other room on the same floor.
2. The upstairs bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a double bed and a single bed. The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and WIFI. The bathroom and toilet facilities are shared with one other room on the same floor.
3. The "host" bedroom is perfect for 1 to 2 people. It is located on the ground floor and has its own separate entrance. The room features a double bed, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. It is also equipped with a flat-screen TV and WIFI.

Directions
The cottage faluères is located in the southeast of Laval, on the left bank. It is 5 minutes away from the Beausoleil airport and karting track, 5 minutes from downtown Laval, and near the towpath.
To find the cottage using GPS, search for "Laval" and "faluere" and select "Large faluere" or "house of faluères" from the list. The GPS coordinates are Latitude: 48 ° 03 53 "N - Longitude: 0 ° 44 16" W.
If you are arriving from Paris or Rennes via the A81 motorway, take Exit #3 and follow the signs towards Laval - Centre. Continue straight at the first traffic light, cross the railway bridge, and turn left at the second light onto Morn Bridge (All Directions - ZI St Melaine). At the next set of traffic lights (with a petrol station on your right and Lidl on your left), cross the D57 and enter the path of Faluères which is straight ahead (to the right). Take the direction prohibited (except for residents) for approximately 1 km, and the cottage will be on your left.
If you are arriving from Paris or Le Mans (via the D57), follow the signs towards Laval. At the first set of traffic lights (with Lidl on your right), immediately turn left onto the path of Faluères, taking the direction prohibited (except for residents) for approximately 1 km. The cottage will be on your left.
If you are arriving from Rennes, St Nazaire, or Nantes (via the National road), follow the signs towards Laval - All Directions Tours and Angers. Then head towards Le Mans (D57). Continue until you reach the intersection lights where there is a Bricomarché service station on your left. Turn right at the lights, taking the direction prohibited (except for residents) for approximately 1 km, and the cottage will be on your left.
If you are coming from the town center, drive towards the train station. In front of the station, turn right, leaving the railway line on your left. At the traffic lights, follow the signs for Toutes Directions ZI St Melaine and continue until the next junction lights (with a Bricomarché service station on your right and Lidl on your left).
