This charming cottage features a spacious living room with beautiful stone walls and high ceilings. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a fridge, freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes.There is a dining table with six chairs, and the lounge area offers a comfortable sofa bed with a high-quality mattress, two armchairs, a TV, DVD player, and WIFI access.
The first bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an original headboard made from a preserved bread oven. There is also a folding bed available.
The beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided (pool towels are also available). The bathroom has a shower and basin, and there is a separate toilet.
In the spacious hallway, you will find a closet with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and all the necessary cleaning supplies.
Guests have access to a 4000m2 park, a playground, bicycles for loan, and outdoor games. There is also a shared pool measuring 5x10m2, heated from June to September and treated with sea salt for a refreshing swim without the smell of chlorine. The pool area also includes a hot shower and toilet facilities.

If you are traveling from the north of France, it is recommended to use the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet, then switch to the A83 motorway and take the Fontenay le Comte exit (exit 8) towards La Rochelle.
On the other hand, if you are coming from the south of France, take the A11, and shortly after passing Niort, switch to the A83 motorway and also exit at Fontenay le Comte (exit 8) towards La Rochelle.
