It is a beautifully restored wing of an 18th-century house, preserving its traditional charm and using natural materials.We have carefully decorated the cottage with taste and comfort in mind, creating a cozy and tranquil retreat. This little haven of peace serves as the perfect base for exploring Ay, a village renowned for its timbered houses, vineyards, and historic cellars dating back to medieval times. Our authentic champagne lodging has been meticulously restored and designed to honor the traditions of a champagne house.
As vignerons since 1847, we take great joy in sharing our knowledge and passion with our guests. We invite you to explore our cellars, sample our exquisite productions, and if you wish, delve into the secrets of this divine elixir, Champagne.
We are proud to be recognized by the "Gîtes de France" network with a "3 épis" label, which signifies the equivalent of 3 stars for rural accommodations.

Welcome to our charming champagne gite, la Gentilhommière! This delightful accommodation offers a cozy living room with a fireplace, a spacious dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a comfortable floor with five beds, including a matrimonial bed and three single beds.To ensure your utmost comfort, we provide towels for your convenience. Additionally, we take care of the bedding by supplying fresh sheets and making the beds for you. Rest assured, we guarantee a thorough cleaning after your departure, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without any worries.
Stay connected with our complimentary WiFi, and feel free to use the available phone for your communication needs. Please note that we do not accept pets in our gite.

To reach Ay (pronounced A-I) from Epernay, head northeast for a distance of three kilometers. Follow the D201 road if you are coming from Epernay. Our GPS coordinates are N 49 ° 03.310 and E 4 ° 00.321, which will guide you accurately to our location situated amidst the beautiful Champagne vineyards.
