Situated at a remarkable altitude of 900 meters above sea level, overlooking the Emblavez Valley and surrounded by the magnificent "Sucs" (volcanic domes), this charming property is truly an authentic paradise.

The holiday cottage, occupying half of the spacious 250m² house, provides a delightful retreat on the ground floor, complemented by an independent room and an activities area on the upper floor.

Despite its secluded setting, we are conveniently close to the main towns of Haute-Loire, ensuring easy access to various amenities. Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien, and the national road 88 are a mere 5 minutes away, while Ysingeaux, the hall of cross-country skiing Meygal, and Saint Julien Chapteuil can be reached within 10 minutes. Additionally, the vibrant Le Puy-en-velay is just a 15-minute drive away, and the Les Estables ski resort awaits you within 30 minutes.

Children will find endless entertainment in our unique activities area, which features a 15m² equipped climbing wall, a mini ramp skateboard, a table soccer game, a treehouse with a stunning valley view, a swing for the little ones, and a goal. For adventure enthusiasts, the Le Pertuis Via Ferrata is a short 5-minute drive away.

Our holiday cottage boasts a well-designed layout, comprising a main room with an open-concept kitchen and a cozy living room complete with a wood-burning stove. Furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, a leather sofa chair, and a large dining table with 6 chairs, the space offers a welcoming atmosphere. The night area features a king-size bed, while an independent bedroom on the ground floor offers a double bed, a shower, and a sink. Likewise, an independent bedroom upstairs provides a king-size bed, a shower, and a sink. Additional amenities include a WC on the ground floor, a 20m² patio on the ground floor, a 50m² patio upstairs, and a spacious 3500m² land.

Pets are welcome in our holiday cottage, and we also provide a variety of facilities to enhance your stay, such as a big baker oven for making wood-fired pizzas, a barbecue, deck chairs, garden furniture, a TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine. Furthermore, we offer the convenience of providing sheets and towels.

Welcome to our new holiday cottage, "Aux Pays des sucs," located on Chazes Farm. Situated in a peaceful and green area, away from main roads and neighboring houses, our cottage offers a tranquil retreat. Nestled in the midst of the "Sucs" (volcanic domes) at an elevation of 900 meters, it boasts breathtaking views of the Emblavez Valley. With its idyllic setting, it truly is an authentic little paradise.

The cottage spans 250m², with half of it occupied by the owners and the other half dedicated to the holiday rental. The ground floor features a fully independent room, while the upper floor offers an activities area. Despite its secluded location, we are conveniently close to major towns in Haute-Loire. Le Pertuis, Saint-Hostien, and the national road 88 are just 5 minutes away, while Ysingeaux, the Meygal cross-country skiing hall, and Saint Julien Chapteuil are all within a 10-minute drive.
