Located 25 kilometers northwest of Brest in Landada, you will find the charming new cottage "Brise des Abers". This lovely cottage can accommodate 2 to 6 people and is situated in an enclosed garden. With its comfortable furnishings and sunny exposure, it is sure to captivate you. The cottage features a terrace equipped with garden furniture, a table, armchairs, deckchairs, and a barbecue.The ground floor of the cottage includes a lounge/dining room with satellite TV offering both French and international channels, as well as direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped open kitchen includes amenities such as four hotplates, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker (including a Senseo), a kettle, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and more. There is also a cozy bedroom on the ground floor with a comfortable double bed (160*200), a bathroom with a hairdryer and towel dryer, and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms with sea views. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90*190) and a corner toilet. Additionally, there is another separate toilet on this floor. Parking is available on the property, and there is a garage with direct access from the kitchen.

Welcome to our beautifully maintained garden, bathed in sunlight, where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors or indulge in a delicious barbecue using the fresh fish you purchased at the local market.As you step inside, you will discover a haven of comfort and modern furnishings. The open-plan ground floor encompasses a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a ceramic hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and ample dishes. The living area features a plush sofa bed, armchairs, and a dining table that seats six. Entertainment options include a satellite TV with international channels and a DVD player.
On this level, you will also find a master bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, wash basin, storage spaces, and a hairdryer. Additionally, there is a separate toilet and a garage equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and iron.
Moving up to the first floor, you will discover two bedrooms, both offering stunning sea views. Each bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wash basin. There is also a separate toilet on this level.
The garden provides parking space for two cars, and it is automatically illuminated for your convenience.

Directions
To get to the house from Rennes, follow RN 12 towards Brest. Just before reaching Brest, turn onto the Gouesnou direction. Once in Gouesnou, continue on the road towards Lannilis (D 13). In Lannilis, head towards Landeda. Once you reach the village of Landeda, follow the signs for Dunes de St Marguerite. After driving for approximately 1.5 km, take the road towards Plage de St Marguerite. The house is located 130 meters away from the beach.
