This apartment is ideally located for exploring the cultural heritage of Lorraine, Alsace, and Luxembourg, as well as for attending the METZ Exhibition Fair (FIM) or traveling for business. We invite you to stay at our beautiful ground floor apartment in BECHY (57580), which features a private terrace and barbecue. Despite its peaceful surroundings, all necessary amenities such as restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies are within a 4-minute drive.The apartment is conveniently situated within a maximum of 20 minutes from Metz via the motorway (RN955), allowing you to easily enjoy the city's numerous activities while also providing a tranquil retreat upon your return. It is also only 15 minutes away from the FIM (International Fair METZ), MERCY hospital, METZ NANCY airport, TGV station, and A4 and A31 motorway exits. Additionally, Pont A Mousson is a 20-minute drive away, and Nancy can be reached in 35 minutes.
Designed to accommodate 4 people, the comfortable apartment is equipped with wifi and features a fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, crockery), a bathroom with a shower, a living room with 2 sofas and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 X 200). There is an additional queen-size bed (140X200) available in a connecting room. A baby cot can also be provided upon request.
Smoking is not permitted indoors (but allowed outside), and pets are not accepted.
The rental rate includes all charges, sheets, and linens: €85 per night (minimum 2 nights) or €350 per week. For monthly rentals, please inquire about rates.
Breakfast and dinner options are available upon request for an additional fee.

Both the MERCY hospital and the FIM can be reached in less than 15 minutes. The museum, Pompidou Centre, and the city center of Metz are 20 minutes away. Golf courses in Cherisey (10 minutes), Metz (15 minutes), and Faulquemont (20 minutes) are also easily accessible. Additionally, the spa town of Amneville is within a 30-minute drive.
There are numerous attractions in the area suitable for both children and adults, including the cities of Metz, Nancy, Luxembourg, and Strasbourg with their heritage sites, the POKEY LAND leisure park (pokeyland.com) offering activities such as a ropes course and paintball, the Waligator leisure park (walygatorparc.com) with various amusement rides and entertainment, and the Amneville leisure park with a zoo, cinemas, ice rink, swimming pool, restaurants, golf course, casino, and spa.

To get to METZ from PARIS, take the A4 and head towards Metz. When approaching METZ, continue on the A4 towards STRASBOURG (avoiding METZ CENTRE) and then towards METZ EST. Next, follow the signs for CHATEAU SALIN. Take the exit towards CASTLE SALINE and continue on the fast track until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the third exit towards Lupy or ST AVOLD (be cautious not to take BUCHY as it is a different village). Finally, continue straight until you reach the BECHY exit. If you are coming from Luxembourg, take the A31 and head towards Metz. As you approach METZ, take the A4 towards STRASBOURG (avoiding METZ CENTRE). Once on the A4, follow the signs for METZ EST via the A315 motorway and then the N431. Next, follow the directions for CHATEAU SALIN on the secondary road D955. After taking the exit towards CASTLE SALINE, stay on the D955 until you reach a roundabout.
