Description for B&B:
I recommend a rejuvenation of the birdsong in a cozy bed and breakfast for 2/4 people, resembling a "chalet" with comfortable beds, a luxurious marble shower, basin, and toilet. This separate dwelling offers an unobstructed view of nature and hills. We warmly welcome you to Opio, where you can discover the beauty of our region, which combines sun, sea, and mountains. This charming Provencal village is incredibly peaceful and conveniently located just 5 minutes from Valbonne, 10 minutes from Grasse, and 20 minutes from Cannes. Additionally, there is a Club Med in Opio and several nearby golf courses, such as Opio/Valbonne, Mougins, and Mandelieu. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible in the area.
The room is completely independent from the main house and offers a comfortable double bed and bunk beds measuring 90 cm. The bathroom features a spacious Italian marble shower, washbasin, toilet, heated towel rack, and hairdryer. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, Wi-Fi connection, and a cot. Outside, guests can relax on deck chairs, enjoy the garden furniture, let children play on the trampoline, or engage in a game of table tennis. Access to the pool is available depending on the season. Beds will be prepared upon arrival, and towels and final cleaning are included in the stay.
Your car will be securely parked under the carport within the fully fenced property.
Start your day right with a fulfilling and balanced breakfast served according to your preference. Enjoy it in the comfort of your room, on the terrace, or in the living room. The breakfast will consist of only fresh, homemade products, including cakes, slices of baguettes topped with butter and jam, as well as dairy and fresh juices.
The bed and breakfast is meticulously cleaned, with freshly washed and ironed linens. It is kept in impeccable condition.
As a skilled cook, I can also prepare full picnics and Provencal dishes upon request, depending on my availability. A complete menu will be provided. Depending on the weather and your preference, I can serve the meals on the terrace or indoors.
Upon your arrival, I will provide you with helpful advice and documentation to enhance your stay.
I am committed to providing quick responses to your inquiries via email. You can contact me any day of the week.
I am looking forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our bed and breakfast.
