This cottage is peacefully situated in a converted barn, offering a tranquil atmosphere and charming decor.

Parking is available on the property grounds, which are secured and accessible with provided keys. The well-equipped kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation, offering a fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and kitchen utensils.

Conveniently located between exits 5 and 6 on the A6, with easy access from the A6 and A10 highways. The property is situated just 17 km from Paris, 22 km from Versailles, and 7 km from the Massy-Palaiseau TGV station.

To reach Paris, it is a mere 20-minute drive or an average of 15 to 20 minutes by train. The nearest train station is Balizy-Gravigny RER C station, located 800 meters away. However, the most convenient station for reaching the center of Paris is in Epinay sur Orge, which can be reached in about fifteen minutes.
