Welcome to The Barn at ARRION, a delightfully comfortable barn located just 20 minutes from the ocean in Landes. Perfect for groups of 4 to 12 people, this peaceful and isolated retreat offers a serene escape in the heart of nature.

The accommodation features two adjoining bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with a 160cm bed, as well as a baby bed. Guests will also have access to a bathroom with an Italian shower and two sinks, a separate WC, and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The barn also includes a lounge area, a dining area with a 12-person table, and a bar corner. With a surface area of 150m², there is plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Surrounded by 8 hectares of open wooded ground, The Barn at ARRION offers a tranquil setting for guests to enjoy. There is a BBQ and outdoor warm shower available for use. The location is ideal, just 20km from the ocean and close to lakes, including Soustons, Léon, and Saint-Paul-les Dax. The thermal town of Dax is also only 16km away.

For entertainment, guests can enjoy various activities such as dice, cards, darts, petanque for children, golf equipment, hikes into the forest, croquet for children, volleyball, badminton, and access to a ping-pong table. Please note that there is no television, but WIFI is available 100 meters away. The owner lives nearby and is happy to provide advice and assistance.

Additionally, ARRION guesthouse, located just 100 meters from the barn, offers extra bed and breakfast accommodation if needed.
