Description for B&B:

This chalet is the perfect place to unwind and find tranquility in a lush green setting. Located just 3 minutes from the center of Chamonix, this chalet was built in 2015 on a historic farm dating back to 1795. Offering cozy and modern accommodations, the chalet spans 70 ² and opens onto a ground garden with views of the Bossons glacier and the majestic Mont Blanc mountain range.

Featuring exposed timbers and a mezzanine sleeping area, the chalet exudes charm with its use of old wood and refined decor. The bedding has been carefully selected for maximum comfort and soundproofing has been implemented between rooms.

The spacious fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and dining area, facing south - southwest. Large windows flood the room with natural light, one of which opens onto the private garden where you can enjoy uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc and the stunning Glacier des Bossons. The other window provides access to a balcony.

The bedrooms open onto a large balcony overlooking the Brevent mountain and the Mont Blanc range. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable 160 x 200 bed and French doors that open onto the balcony, along with an en suite bathroom complete with a shower, sink, and toilet. Bedroom 2 features trundle beds (2 x 90 x 190) and also opens onto the balcony through a patio door. Bedroom 3 is located in a mezzanine with a window that opens to the outside. It offers two beds (90 x 190) accessed by a steep staircase, making it unsuitable for young children.

The chalet also includes a beautiful bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and basin made of natural stone. Free internet access is provided, and the chalet is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets. Ski equipment can be stored in the heated ground floor area, and there is ample private parking. Access to the accommodation is through an internal staircase.

Check-in is available from 4 PM to 10 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. There are also opportunities for hiking and snowshoeing directly from the chalet, allowing you to immerse yourself in the peacefulness of the surrounding forest and even reach the Bossons glacier in approximately 45 minutes.

Appréciations pour Clos des Songes, Chamonix Mont Blanc:

Un lieu idéal pour notre semaine au ski
Review by: Tasse, Fev 27 2017 5:54PM
