The kitchenette is equipped with a stove (both gas and electric), an oven, a microwave, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

The dining area is cozy and there is a lounge with a sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, and Wifi.

There is a toilet on the landing for convenience.

There are two master bedroom suites, each measuring 25m².

Suite 1 offers the option of either two twin beds (2 x 0.90m x 2m) or one bed (1.80m x 2m), along with a bed for a baby, a basin, and an Italian shower. It can accommodate 2 adults and also has a foldable bed.
