Welcome to La Petite Vallée, our charming cottage located in the beautiful Black Perigord region of France. Xabi, Elise, and their children are thrilled to introduce you to this delightful vacation rental.

Situated just 1.5 km from the village of Rouffignac St Cernin, La Petite Vallée is the perfect base for exploring the stunning sights of Périgord. With its ideal location on the Perigueux-Sarlat axis, you'll have easy access to the most beautiful attractions in the area. We are more than happy to provide you with recommendations for tours and activities during your stay.

Conveniently located near all amenities such as supermarkets, ATMs, service stations, hairdressers, bars, restaurants, and even a Sunday market, La Petite Vallée offers a peaceful atmosphere amidst its 5 acres of wooded surroundings and breathtaking views.

The cottage itself is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious kitchen, a comfortable lounge and dining area, and an office with internet access (computer not provided). There is also a flat-screen TV and DVD player for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a generous bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate WC.

On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a 140cm bed, while the other has a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. There is another bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC. With these accommodations, we can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. Bed linen, towels, shower mats, and kitchen towels are all provided for your convenience.

Outside, you can relax on your terrace by the heated pool and enjoy meals under the covered porch, where a fabulous WEBER barbecue is at your disposal. If you're traveling with a baby, we are happy to lend you baby equipment such as a high chair, changing mat, cot, high trek stroller, and park.

La Petite Vallée is conveniently located near various attractions. The supermarket, petrol station, doctors, and pharmacy are just 2km away. Other nearby attractions include Les Eyzies (16km), Golf of Marterie (11km), Périgueux (30km), Sarlat (35km), Montignac (Lascaux) (21km), and the stunning Dordogne River (35km).

Don't miss out on visiting the nearby Cave Rouffignac (4km), exploring the local Sunday market in Rouffignac, discovering Roque St Christophe (12km), exploring the famous Lascaux cave (21km), visiting the stunning Périgueux Cathedral, or exploring the picturesque village of St Leon sur Vezere (18km). The International Centre of Prehistory (PIP) in Eyzies (16km) is also a must-visit.
