Situated in the heart of the breathtaking Auvergne region, the Edge of Marmeloux offers a truly exceptional setting, a little piece of paradise. With a capacity to accommodate 10 people, this former barn has been transformed into a warm and inviting space, exquisitely decorated to ensure your utmost comfort.

Start your day in the CONSERVATORY, where you can enjoy a delightful breakfast under the rising sun. During the summer, this sheltered area allows you to revel in the outdoors, while during colder weather, it provides a cozy retreat from the elements. It's an invitation to truly live in the moment.

Every aspect of our charming house has been designed to promote relaxation and well-being. The spacious living room, exuding a tranquil and elegant ambiance, encompasses a lounge area, dining space, and a kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace. A second comfortable and inviting living room awaits you on the second floor, complete with a TV, library, and board games.

The kitchen area has been thoughtfully arranged and equipped with high-end appliances to cater to large families or groups of friends. It boasts a range of amenities, including high-quality white dinnerware, a dishwasher, microwave and oven, gas hob with a hood, two large fridges, a large freezer, and various small appliances for your convenience.

The rooms include a linen room with a 160 x 200 bed, a mole-colored room with a 140 x 200 bed, a raw-themed room with either two 90 x 200 beds or one king size bed, a pink and powdered room with either two 90 x 200 beds or one king size bed, and a beige room with a 160 x 200 bed. With 3 bathrooms, including one with a bath and shower, and another with a spa, everyone can find the perfect space to unwind.

Additional amenities of our property include a closed and private garden, two living areas, a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, a barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, table tennis, two TVs, WIFI, bed linen, towels, basic household products, and basic food items. Water, electricity, and heating are all included in your stay.
