Welcome to our unique and stylish vacation rental located in the heart of downtown. Housed in a historic spinning mill, this atypical apartment offers 45sqm of comfort on the first floor. With a loft-style design, it provides a stunning view of the Palais Fervaques without sacrificing privacy.The apartment features two bedrooms, making it suitable for up to four people. The minimum stay is two nights, with a flexible arrival schedule. The rate for a two-night stay is €180, plus a tax of €0.85 per person per night. Additional nights are priced at €90 each, with discounts available for longer stays of over a week.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our guests. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and the initial cleaning will be taken care of by our team (excluding dishwashing and general tidying). We provide all necessary linens for the bathroom, dining table, and kitchen, as well as a hospitality tray for your convenience.
The apartment includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a mezzanine area with two single beds (90x190). We can also provide a crib and high chair for infants upon request.

To get to the Palais de Fervaques from the A26 motorway, take exit 10 labeled "Saint-Quentin-centre." Then, follow the signs towards the "Palais de Fervaques" and the "office de tourisme." After exiting, make two left turns to reach the Palais de Fervaques. Once there, follow the signs towards the "Temple." The destination is located at number 12 and there are 100 parking spaces available in front.
