This is a lovely studio located in Paris, perfect for 2 to 4 people. It is just a 20-minute walk away from Montmartre and Canal St Martin. The studio is conveniently close to Gare du Nord (only 1 station away) and Gare de l'Est. Additionally, there is a direct line to Père-Lachaise.For those who enjoy Indian cuisine, you will be pleased to know that the studio is situated near the Indian area where you can find affordable and delicious spicy exotic dishes.
Both Métro LA CHAPELLE (Line 2) and STALINGRAD (Line 7) stations are only 200 meters away from the studio.
This studio, which is situated on the ground floor of a 1930s Haussman building, offers 20 sqm of living space along with a small mezzanine. It was completely renovated in July 2010, ensuring a modern and comfortable stay. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed measuring 160cm in width, and on the mezzanine, you will find a 140cm mattress. The studio stays cool during the summer months and provides a tranquil environment.
The rental prices for this studio are as follows: €350 for a 7-night stay for 2 people, with an additional cost of €7 per night for each additional person. There is also a €20 fee for cleaning and laundry services. No deposit is required. Additionally, the bus 48, which is also near the studio, can take you directly to the Louvre Museum. Métro Stalingrad on Line 7 is also 200 m from the studio and provides direct access to Opéra, Musée du Louvre, Pont-Neuf, and Chatelet.
Taxi from the Airports:
If you are arriving at either CDG or Orly airports, taking a taxi to the studio will take approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on the queue, traffic, and time of day. The cost for two people is around 30-40€. This is a recommended option, especially if you are not traveling during rush hour. Many tourists often get lost in the subway and end up taking 1.5-2 hours to reach the studio.
From Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport:
To reach the studio from Roissy CDG Airport, you can take the RER B (blue line) towards Robinson or St Rémy lès Chevreuse. The fare is 8.5€ per person. Get off at Gare du Nord station and from there, you have several options. You can walk (approximately 15 minutes), take a taxi (around 15€, but the cost may vary depending on the number of people and luggage), take the metro to La Chapelle Station, or take the 48 Bus (runs every 10 minutes from 06:30 am to 08:30 pm, not available on Sundays, stops at Philippe de Girard), the 65 Bus (runs every 10 minutes from 06:30 am to 11:30 pm, stops at Place de La Chapelle), or the 350 Bus (stops at Place de La Chapelle), and continue on foot (5 minutes). If you prefer to take the bus from the airport, you can take the 350 Bus at Roissypole Gare RER, which stops near the studio at Place de la Chapelle.
