Experience the beauty of Savoie, France at our renovated XVIII Savoyarde farmhouse. Situated on a plateau with stunning mountain views and surrounded by 6 hectares of land, our property in St. Leger offers a privileged experience at an altitude of 470m.Our Bed & Breakfast is the perfect retreat for up to 6 guests, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations close to nature. The two bedrooms feature king-size beds, with one bedroom also including two single beds. Additionally, there is a living room, office space, and a bathroom with a WC. Guests can enjoy a private entrance and a deck, while breakfast can be savored on the terrace.
For larger groups, we also offer the renovated Hay Barn, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. This charming space features exposed beams, a glass ceiling offering views of the roof structure, stone walls, and a parquet floor with a contemporary touch. Guests can relax on the deck, taking in the breathtaking scenery and wildlife, while perhaps enjoying a glass of wine.
Both the Bed & Breakfast and the Hay Barn can be rented together, accommodating up to 12 guests (or 14 with the canopy bed). This option includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC, a separate WC, two lounges, an office, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private entrance.
Our property is not only a beautiful retreat, but it is also environmentally conscious. The land has been organically managed for 17 years, creating a haven for wildlife. Horses, cats, and chickens also reside here harmoniously. Nearby, guests can explore many lakes for swimming and ski resorts for winter activities.
The Maurienne Valley is renowned as the world's largest cycling area, featuring prestigious mountain passes like Iseran, Croix de Fer, Col du Cucheron, Madeleine, and Galibier. We even offer the rental of professional racing bikes and VTT (mountain bikes) for those looking to explore the area on two wheels.

Les abords sont rustiques, l'extérieur traditionnel ayant été préservé. A l'intérieur c'est très propre, lumineux, agréablement meublé, et confortable. On s'y sent bien ! Et l'accueil est excellent : une hôtesse (Lesley) pleine d'humour, de chaleur, de générosité.... nous avons eu un grand plaisir à converser avec elle, et avons fait honneur à sa table matinale (ah les bugnes (bio) !). Un immense merci à elle.

To reach your destination, take exit number 25 Epierre from the A43 autoroute. After passing through the toll booth, take a left at the roundabout onto D207 and continue for 776 meters. Then, make a left onto D207 and continue for 3 kilometers. Travel through St. Leger and keep going until you reach the village called "Les Granges." At this point, turn right following the sign indicating "Le Domaine." Continue for 800 meters and then take a right at the wooden sign indicating "Le Domaine," leading you down to the sand arena.
Next, proceed by turning left onto D207 and continue for 3 kilometers. After this, turn right and continue for 105 meters.
