Renovated and spacious 50m2 duplex apartment available for rent. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, and coffee maker. Additionally, a comfortable sofa bed is available for two guests. The apartment is equipped with a TV and has separate toilet facilities.On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), another TV, and access to WiFi and a DVD player.
