The Gite dAliénor is a beautifully renovated 19th-century farmhouse. This charming gîte offers 4 bedrooms, including 3 double bedrooms with high-quality beds and a family bedroom named after Aliénor dAquitaine. The family room features a comfortable Queen size bed and a double sofa bed. All the bedding is brand new and from well-known brands.

The gîte boasts a spacious kitchen that opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the park. With a total area of 183 m2, the accommodation provides ample space for relaxation. The park itself spans an impressive 31,000 m2. Guests can enjoy the large heated swimming pool (12 mx 6 m) located on a hill with breathtaking views of the Chalosse. Adjacent to the pool, there is a pool house equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilets, as well as various aquatic games for children.

The gîte is luxuriously equipped with amenities such as Wifi Adsl 2, Canalsat, DVD player, Blue Ray, DVD library, board games, and children's games. All appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and TV, are brand new.

Conveniently situated just 1500 m from the picturesque river Adour and its numerous woodland walks, the gîte is only a 10-minute drive from Tartas. Tartas is renowned for its equestrian activities and is a charming medieval town crossed by a canoe-friendly river. It offers various amenities, including large supermarkets such as Intermarché, Netto, Carrefour, and Leader Price. The sub-prefecture of the Landes, Dax, famous for its thermal waters, is also just a 15-minute drive away. Additionally, the gîte is within a 30-minute distance from the Basque Country, Béarn, Pyrénées, and the beautiful beaches of the Côte d'Argent (such as Hossegor), perfect for surfing and other water activities.

The family room consists of a Queen size bed 160 x 200 and a comfortable double sofa bed in 140 x 190.

The kitchen in the gîte is exceptionally large and opens onto a covered terrace that overlooks the picturesque park. With a living space of 183 m2, the gîte provides ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. The park itself spans an impressive 31,000 m2, offering plenty of space to explore and unwind.

One of the highlights of the property is the expansive swimming pool, measuring 12m x 6m, situated on a hill with breathtaking views of the Chalosse. The pool is heated from April to October, and there is a convenient pool house equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilets. Children will delight in the variety of aquatic games available.
