The entrance to the "Vignes" room features a spacious master bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a shower, and a sink. Additionally, there is a separate room with two single beds and a sink. The toilet is located on the landing for convenience.As for the "Loire" room, the entrance leads to a 35 m2 studio room. Inside, you will find a comfortable 160x200 bed and a 140x200 bed. The room also includes a pool table and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, stove, sink, and microwave oven. An adjoining bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet completes the setup.

De passage dans la région, nous avons apprécié la chambre mise à disposition dès l'horaire souhaité : calme, confort, accueil, charme de l'endroit, petit-déjeuner copieux (les confitures étaient excellentes !)... tout était parfait.

Nous avons passés une bonne nuit dans chambre confortable, impeccable, bien agencée,décorée avec goût, et vue très agréable.
Nous avons apprécié un petit déjeuné copieux et attentionné( fraises du jardin) malgré un horaire matinal.

Directions
To reach the town of Ancenis from the A11 exit 20, which is located 30 km from Nantes and 60 km from Angers, follow these travel directions: Head south towards the Loire River. After traveling for approximately 1 km, cross the bridge over the Loire. Once you reach the first set of traffic lights, make a right turn onto road 751, which will take you towards Drain. Continue on this road for around 4 km until you reach Drain, then proceed towards Champtoceaux. After traveling for another 1 km, you will notice signs for our guesthouse, "Vignes et Loire." You are only 400 meters away from the house from this point.
