Welcome to our charming cottage in Saint Lunaire, perfect for 2-4 people. With a spacious terrace of 40m2 and a lovely garden of 100 sqm, you can enjoy the outdoors and unwind in a peaceful setting.Located just 3 km from the city center, the sea, and the stunning beaches of the Emerald Coast (Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint Briac sur mer, Lancieux, Saint Malo), our cottage is nestled in a protected rural area.
The house has been completely refurbished in 2015 and offers a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat screen TV, and free WiFi. The kitchen also includes a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction plate.
The cottage features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and steam shower.
Outside, you can relax and soak up the sun on the large terrace or explore the enclosed garden. There is also private parking available for your convenience.
Pets are allowed upon request and subject to prior agreement. We also offer the option of end-of-stay cleaning upon request.
You can book the cottage for weekends and holidays from March to June, with prices starting from 2 nights at 120 and an additional night at 40.
While our cottage is situated in the countryside, it is just a short drive away from the seaside resort of Saint Lunaire and its beautiful beaches. A car is essential to explore the surrounding areas.
During your stay, you can discover nearby attractions such as Saint Malo, only 10 minutes away, Dinard, just 5 minutes away, and Mont Saint Michel, a 40-minute drive.
