Welcome to our guest house, "The Chabetaine," nestled in a serene and privileged location. Prepare to be enchanted by the breathtaking landscape of the Ardennes forest and the melodious songs of birds that will awaken you each morning. Immerse yourself in tranquility as you stroll along peaceful paths or simply relax on your own balcony, where you can admire nature from almost every angle.

Our newly constructed wooden house is not only visually appealing but also energy-efficient, built with ecological materials from A to Z with a focus on Feng Shui principles. We offer three bright and airy double rooms, each designed to capture the essence of a different time of day. The Aurore room bathes in the gentle warmth of the sunrise, while the Zenith room basks in the midday sun. Finally, the Twilight room provides a cozy retreat as you witness the beauty of the sunset. Regardless of your choice, every room comes with a private, sheltered south-facing terrace, ensuring a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

In terms of sleeping arrangements, the Aurore room features two twin beds measuring 90/200, complete with box spring mattresses made of 100% vegetable-based, high-quality shape memory materials. The Zenith room offers a spacious double bed measuring 160/200, accompanied by classic bedding, spring mattresses, and adjustable slats. The Twilight room also boasts a large double bed measuring 160/200, with box spring bedding crafted from eco-friendly materials such as Coco Bamboo.

All our rooms are equipped with private bathrooms that include a shower, sink, toilet, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, and basic amenities. Additionally, each room offers a south-facing terrace (balcony) with garden chairs, providing a stunning view of the surrounding countryside and forest. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV with cable access is available, as well as high-speed internet connectivity via both Ethernet and WiFi. Furthermore, our house is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system (VMC), an alarm, and a fire detection system. Large triple-glazed windows ensure optimal insulation and soundproofing.

To maintain a fresh environment, our entire house is designated as non-smoking. We provide free parking and a garage specifically for bicycles and motorcycles. For those looking to explore the area, we offer walking maps and a tourist guide to enhance your experience.

Families with babies are more than welcome, and upon prior request, we can provide a cot in one of the rooms for an additional fee of €50.00 per stay. Please note that we have a friendly Labrador dog and a cat residing on the ground floor, and there is also a horse in a neighboring meadow.

The ambiance and views in our guest house are unparalleled. Each room is brand new, exuding an abundance of natural light and tranquility. We have incorporated natural cellulose insulation and wood fibers into the walls, ensuring utmost silence and comfort. All our materials, including insulation and paints, are environmentally friendly. We provide heating and hot water through a heat pump system, and a wood-burning stove in the living room adds a cozy touch. From every room, you can revel in stunning views of the fields and the forest, immersing yourself in the beauty of nature.
