This vacation home is currently in the process of obtaining a *** Prefectoral classification. It is a spacious ground floor property with 110 m2, located in Dieulefit. The house includes a large living and dining room (45 m2) with a cozy fireplace, which opens onto a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and offering a stunning panoramic view of Dieulefit. There is also a separate TV room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hood, dishwasher), a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, a laundry room with a washing machine, and three bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with four bunk beds).

The house is heated by central heating with fuel and guests have access to a shared barbecue. It is available for rent all year round and can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The weekly rental rate is 450 Euros, and for a weekend stay (2 days) it is 130 Euros.

The village is approximately 2 kilometers away and offers additional services such as a fixed price for linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning (100 Euros). Guests can also enjoy a private Shiatsu or reflexology session (approximately 50 minutes) for an additional fee of 50 Euros.
