Monthly rate: $980.00 including all utilities and charges.
Weekly rate: $310 including all utilities and charges.
Weekend rate: $180 including all utilities and charges for a 3-night stay (choose from sample selection: M, J, V, S or D, V, S, D or V, S, D, L).
Extra night: $40.
A deposit of 30% of the rental price will be required upon signing the contract.

Check-out time is before 12:00 PM.
Minimum rental period is one month, with a maximum of three months.
Invoice will be provided and must be paid before the start of the month.
Monthly contract will be automatically renewed unless a one-month notice is given.

Deposit of $400 per month will be required on the day of inventory.
Deposit of $200 per week will be required on the day of inventory.
Deposit of $100 for weekends will be required on the day of inventory.

Cleaning service available upon request for $12.00 per stay.
