Guest Room Description:The guest room spans a total area of 23 m2 and is equipped with various amenities. It features a comfortable double bed, a single 90-sized bed, a table, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, one chair, two additional chairs, and a TV for entertainment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and W.C.
For your convenience, the room is available for nightly rental, and guests are kindly requested to vacate the room before 12:00 pm. The room can accommodate up to two people.
To secure a reservation, guests must submit a completed lease and make a deposit payment of 50% of the total cost. Linen will be provided, including a pair of sheets and towels.
Additionally, there is a relaxation area located in a neighboring house which guests can access by making a reservation after 5:30 pm.

Flat Description:This flat has a total area of 42 m2 and is equipped with a kitchen sink, dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, 1 electric hotplate, and 3 gas burners. It also includes 1 TV. The room has 1 double bed, 1 single bed (which can be used as a sofa), 1 tablet, 2 nightstands, 1 armoire, 1 wardrobe, and 1 chair. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Leasing dates are from Saturday 15 am to Saturday 10 am. There is also the possibility to rent the room furnished, but only under the conditions of the guest room. The maximum number of occupants is 2 persons, with an additional 90 cm bed available for 1 child.
To make a reservation, you need to send the lease agreement and make a deposit payment of 50% of the total rental price. Upon arrival and departure, the condition of the apartment will be checked. Any damages or degradation of the premises or equipment will be repaired at your expense. Additionally, a security deposit equal to the rental price is required at the time of key collection. This deposit will be returned upon departure if no damage is found.
For an additional fee of 31 euros, an end-of-stay household service is available. Linen supply is also possible, with a pair of sheets costing 4 euros and 2 towels per person costing 3 euros.
A relaxation area is located in a neighboring house and can be accessed by reservation starting at 17:30.
